A good Production Team's talents must overlap. The producer must have a clear vision of what the end-product will sound like . The Recording Engineer must have a telepathic rapport with the Producer. He needs to have a total mastery of the Studio and it's equipment. What this team is trying to do - is create MAGIC ! In the photo above, Chris Minto and I are going for that level.
